Contact Us
Contact PDFForge for tool questions, feedback, and business inquiries. Please do not send confidential PDFs or personal records.
Have a question about a PDF tool, a guide, or a problem using the site? Use the contact links below to open your email application. This page does not submit a form, upload attachments, or claim to have delivered a message on your behalf.
Privacy, content corrections, and rights requests
Email support@pdfforge.tech with a subject such as “Privacy request” or “Guide correction”. Include the affected page URL, the statement or issue you want reviewed, and the outcome you are requesting. For copyright concerns, identify the material and explain your relationship to the rights holder. Do not include sensitive attachments.
If an email link does not open
Copy the address into your email service and send your message there. An email application must be configured for mail links to open automatically. This website does not show a delivery confirmation or promise a fixed response time.
Make a useful bug report
Include the tool name, the approximate file size and page count, your device and browser version, and any visible error message. If a screenshot helps, remove private information first. A description is often enough to identify a problem; we do not need your original PDF.
How contact differs from file processing
Our document tools work locally in your browser, and we do not store the PDFs you select. Sending us an email is a separate, voluntary action. Your email address and the contents of that message are handled by the email services involved so we can respond. We cannot promise that voluntarily emailed information is never stored; see the Privacy Policy.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need an account?
No. Available PDFForge tools are free and do not require signup.
Are AI tools available yet?
PDFForge now offers local extractive PDF summaries, text-to-PDF generation, and automatic image-to-PDF layout. These browser tools do not call generative AI models or perform OCR. Keep originals and check source context, page order, and output readability before sharing. See our current summarization guide for local limits and verification steps.
What limits apply?
Individual tools may have their own file limits. Large or complex documents can exceed your browser's available memory. Keep your originals and inspect every output before sharing it.
